Are you comparing the conduct of the US within A MONTH, a foremost democratic country respectful to human rights and all that, to that of a dictator over more than A DECADE? Hard to believe how low standards have fallen... By the way, who cares that Saddam killed more people? The point is that this was an unnecessary war and those thousands of civilian deaths (as well as the military deaths) were unnecessary. US invaded Iraq with the pretext of WMDs, convincing an already-traumatized American public that Iraq was dangerous to them. No WMDs, no danger. Just oil... Pointing to other deaths does not make your government's killings more acceptable.
