Although cloaked under a very interesting concept named a (Direct Stock Purchase Plan)

Very old news.

Well, so there is now about 20% more shares outstanding after that one! But, they did get rid of some of the debt.. So I think that was a good move.

It was NOT dilutive. They got rid of convertibles that would have converted at 3.18. The effect was to reduce the fully diluted numbers.

Marketing expenses are marketing expenses and are a component of CPGA..

This is semantics. CPGA has no standard accounting definition .. the reporting entity defines it as they wish, with the understanding that the reader of the financial statements has the gumption to read the notes. You're harping on something that, frankly, makes zero difference.

I'm not doing this with you again. You don't understand the business model and I could spend 20 hours arguing with you about it, you still wouldn't understand it, and when the stock pops (actually, it is already up several hundred percent from when you first showed up) you'll quietly disappear and I won't get the pleasure of hearing you say how wrong you were.

How are you on that 5K short BTW? Oh, you're only down 5k today. That's better.
