Dak: Agree. I've been called into board rooms and told that "Our bylaws prevent us from moving to less than 65% equities invested", etc. Delightfully, a manager I truly respect recently told me just that and then added that he was sitting on 85% cash and was looking for good short side stocks (the reason I got the call). This guy will survive the coming fund manager sacking orgy. (g) Best, Earlie
