Once again thanks for the info. I'll check back in 94 and see if I can get a better idea of the valuation that Rhone-Poulenc paid for PMC as well as the marketing strength of their vaccines. I can tell you that the market was horrible for biotechs in 1994 as that was during the Clinton/Hilliary health scare crisis that almost destroyed the entire medical industry. Most biotechs and pharmaceutical companies are trading more then 100 to 200% higher then their valuations of 94. Nevertheless, it will be good to know as well as the exact date of the acquisition.
