The problem is a lot of the complainers don't own a single share of Cisco stock. I'm sure that applies to Intel also, or most any tech company now. You have to option to vote with your feet if you don't like intel management for whatever reason.. Isn't this like saying that a lot of the complainers about the war in Iraq or the proposed dividend tax cut didn't even vote in the last presidential election? And they have the option to vote with their feet and move to Canada or France if they don't like the current Administration for any reason.
