Hi NF! NOK sees the danger (as you correclty put it) of MSFT dominating wireless using ERICY as its Trojan horse. NOK calls up ERICY to gang together against MSFT

ERICY fearing MSFT embrace will consolidate with NOK. I don't think MSFT goes along with Sony. The dispute there is not about dominating wireless but the video games' platforms.
