U.S Ties 'Back to Normal' declares Cellucci. Has he asked Canadians whether we see the ties back to normal? Has the softwood lumber duties been dropped? Has the wheat duties been dropped? Has U.S. stopped complaining about Canada's neutral stance to Iraq oil-grab war?

Why would Cellucci pronounce that we're family again? Could it be anything to do with oil? Yes sirree! He told the Calgary conference attendees that energy integration between Canada and U.S is top priority for War Lord Bush.

But of course we're family. U.S. wants Canadian oil... so we're family. We want to sell them cheap lumber and great wheat, and we're not family.

We're family because we subsidize their demand for oil and gas. They consume most of our oil and gas and we pay the price for it. Seen your gas bill this winter? More than double of 3 years ago. There will be a back lash soon. Canadians are fed-up of the federal government giving tax-breaks to oil exploration companies only to ship the energy to the Americans in support of their un-retrained, carnal life-styles.

Close the border... that's what I say.
