Maybe Qualcomm folk have been selling because they sensed that it is in their best interest to clear the deck now rather than await changes in the wind. washingtonpost.com Many of their past moves have been strategic in nature. Why not this one? If such is the case, given the timing of the dividend and buy back plans coupled with continually bullish chip forecasts and earnings guidance; it is easier to see why folks outside the loop have become cynical. It goes against my understand of their corporate values and I find it all hard to believe but ... Many times, perception is all that matters. Trevor
