Dave, Thank you for your info. I am not following TRKN stock at all. But I am very familiar with technologies. OX etcher: They just announced, only beta tool, not released production tool, that means still long way to go. SEM picture doesn't mean anything. Their poly etcher has been a great tool for years, but who is using it??? MORI source is very well designed. But they have to transfer it to product. AMAT's engineer said something? He is senior enough to know the difference between SEM and REAL PRODUCT. Low k: Announcement again, but this one has more potential. K=3? too high. better than 3.8. But... I think they can sell some. Al: TRKN's selling point is their Al forced fill. The only show-stopper for this tool is safety issues. But very good tool till CVD Cu available. I don't think they have PVD Al (sputtering), and I don't know how to deposit W using PVD. I don't want to be negative, just want to be realistic. Regards, Semicom
