do you have ANY proof that ex-soviet gave more to Vietnam than China? If not, don't say so as if it were a fact!

Talk is cheap? China had actually sent soldiers to Vietnam in 60s to fight the US, not just military advisors. And gave millions to Vietnam despite China's own economic difficulties. That is exactly why most Vietnamese consider China as their friends in adversity.

Who are you to talk here as if you represent Vietnamese? LOL.
