Maybe Greenspan is always right. He said irrational exuberance back in 1997 and it took us 3 years to realize that. Now he said there is no housing bubble due to formidable cost of housing transaction unlike stock shares, maybe he's right on. He also said he expects the economy to significantly improve later this year. We will see. Maybe he'll figure out a way to make business spend money and expand, maybe through government spending, who knows. One thing to remember is to never fight the fed.

Nasdaq 1500 is such an important number, goes all the way back to 1998 Asian financial crisis, wow, what a ride of these 5 years.
