OT: Doubled in 6 years? Try 2. The top most recent 12-month neighborhood increase in San Diego was 50%. And it isn't a great neighborhood.

Actually, it's the low end that has had the greatest increases. The high end is nearly stagnant. La Jolla was 0% or pretty durn close.
