I'm saying that the bulk of Junior's spending is being used by his wealthy contributers to swap assets at inflating prices between them.

To the economy as a whole that is a waste. I'm sure Junior's contributors are happy as javalinas in a mud hole. There is more to the economy than luxury mansions and multimillion dollar signatures on a statement for coalition of the next war, but that is about all we get for the debt.
