Thanks for your response. TradeStation allows me to select either linear price scaling or logarithmic price scaling. I've tried both with a regression line on a weekly chart of ZOLT an note the differences you mention. There are minor differences where RL and price cross between the two charts. I suspect that a linear chart gives the more accurate view. Would you agree? Price excursions away from the RL appear about the same on both charts on a relative basis. Am I making sense?
