Fundamentally I can not argue with that reasoning. Even from a technical standpoint the market behavior during this rally has been more constructive than any other rally during this bear market. The question still remains simply is the bear market over? Even if it is those who are bullish would be best advised to start or add to positions in the best companies on pullbacks like the one we saw the last couple of days before today. That way risk is minimized if the rug is pulled out from under the sector and by association the larger technology sector. One word of caution I would add is that many of the indicators I follow are showing readings of excessive bullishness. Many have reached levels higher than those seen at any other time over the last three years. RtS
