John and all,

Just returned from 7 days in New York City, my first trip as an adult
there and we stayed at the Marriott Marquis on Times Square. Though most of our time was spent walking north to the theaters and shops,
we ate at a corner diner made out as a 40's Army motif, very retro. In any event I asked our waiter about the construction across the street and it was the future home of the Rainforest Cafe going into 1 TimesSquare. Work has begun though he could not give me a date of completion. They will make a killing there as the main streets have
Sbarro's, kiosks, deli's, fast food, etc. The SportsBar chain of
Griffey, Shaq, etc. is the closest nice theme restaurant I saw and that is about 6 blocks north. Regards and awaiting the earnings report like everyone else. Barron's says Tuesday as well with .15
forecast vs .06 a year ago.
