My sentiments exactly John,

And if Mr. Guidi also likes his stocks to rise (Durum) then he would atleast contact somebody to let the shareholders know whats going on between these two. I have 20 or so friends who own Durum and are just about ready to take their losses, including me, if there isn't something out soon that has some substance.
