marcos, I believe the US strategy towards Cuba (in general) and Castro (specifically) is to leave them alone and let the government die a natural death, likely sometime shortly after Castro meets his maker. Just a guess, but I don't think that (other than Cuban refugees) anyone gives a darn about Cuba. Perhaps the Canucks could launch an invasion and flood the island with loonies <pun intended>??? <g> KJC
