How do you explain Al Queda bragging and boasting about 9/11 and that they are going to do it again? What's to explain. I never said that Ashcroft planned 9/11. I'm sure AL Queda will try additional attacks since they have discovered the U.S. counterterrorism effort to be easily diverted with a bit of oil and cash. It's been 599 days since Bush said he'd catch Osama bin Laden 'Dead or Alive!'
