Len, "Why focus on Hamas alone?" The settlements are a legitimate issue for discussion during the talks. Requiring either side to negotiate in good faith while their citizens are getting killed is an issue that must be resolved before talks begin. The point being is that nobody can negotiate in good faith with a gun pointed to their head.
