Ashcroft is the only one who can keep a lid on the FBI.

This will not be a problem next time, the unified National Home defense agency will be able to keep the lids in place without requiring someone so far out of the loop. The neocon corp will no longer have to deal with someone who does crazy things like requesting his own plane and putting the secret plan into jepordy.

Actually, Ashcroft still has important water to carry.
