Are we talking about the same thing? Which part of "plead guilty" don't you understand? Are you of the opinion that nobody was scammed in the case of the insurance fraud conviction? Or in the case where he traded testimony in exchange for testimony in the stock promotion kickback incident in '94? These are victimless acts? I think there is ample record to state it as either opinion or fact.

Run-ins with and fines by the NASD. A arbitration settlement with his own mother for making unauthorized trades in her account. Now, a grand jury in New York has indicted him. Do you see a trend here?

Even if he somehow manages to get out of the current charges, it doesn't negate all of the prior acts.
