llmarinen, Over rensposive systems, with multi party aspects are what people want, but not what is good for them.
A little more dictatorship is better. Not as much as Hitker, but more than most multiparty systems have. Either that or on/off dictatorships.
10 years benevolent dictator. Then elect another one.
In between he rules by fiat.
