Robert,

I've posted a coupla slams of Kodak earlier on this short thread. I feel that if the Dow corrects, EK will fall hearder than the rest and take longer to recover because it has fundamental problems.

Until Kodak puts its house in order, I will continue looking at it as a short. If they go through a serious reorganization and downsizing, I may be a buyer, but not before 1998. The rest of this year looks very grim for EK. (See last quarter's earnings and comments out of Rochester) I don't think the bad news is fully discounted.

Be very cautious buying into this dog, Robert.

By the way, anyone see news reported by New York Times that George Fisher is being sought as CEO of Apple? Is this because he's done so well leading Kodak? Gimmee a break. These high-powered corporate wizards don't seem to pay any price for failure. If I screwed up my job as badly as he's botched Kodak, I'd be walking the streets in rags. EK stock price is the same as it was in 1993. Fisher's a bloody genius. Right.
