Because the main reason that the United States was attacked by OBL and Al Qaeda is the presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia - And the only reason U.S. troops were stationed in Saudi Arabia was to enforce UN Sanctions and the No Fly Zone over Iraq (Policy of Containment)? Because Abu Sayyaf (Al Qaeda's Philippine Division) has admitted receiving money from Iraq in the past - and that Iraq offered Abu Sayyaf a bounty on American soldiers?
