Mike, caught up on about 6 weeks of DWCH posts tonite and sorry
to see pain and suffering has continued.

I think that your comment as to where your gains and losses have come from is also supported by my own results this year. I have come to the conclusion that companies with less than perhaps 100 million
of sales (or maybe 50 million) are far too accident prone. Great gains
on a couple of winners lead us to fool ourselves that we are doing well when we are not. Also, I believe that it is fairly important to
stick with companies at the top of their product segments, which would exclude many of these small companies. (Note that the criteria
mentioned above would still include many so called "microcap"
companies.)

Good luck with DWCH. One observation on the ability of mgmt to
have their finger on the pulse of their business and markets is their
almost complete lack of insider selling. Almost a year ago to the day
the CFO expressed strong optimism to me about the outlook for the
current fiscal year. (If he had had a better handle on the business
he would have been selling stock and I would have been out a lot higher than $2.)
