The insider selling and volume is likely from the tender offer that just elapsed:

"Keynote announced that it has commenced an issuer tender offer for 7.5 million shares, or approximately 33.0%, of its outstanding common stock as of February 28, 2003, at a purchase price of $9.50 per share in cash. The offer will expire on May 9, 2003, unless extended."

My apologies Bernard. I was looking at too many stocks at the same time. You're right, the top I was looking at is the March-April 2002 double top which is the next high from the current price and represents resistance. And I agree that the gap is support.

I think that the gap is now very fillable and that a buy at gap fill would be an excellent entry point.
