A pharmoceutical production line would not be a good analogy. In that pharmoceuticals produced do not kill or harm on contact.

Now uninspectors were there how long and never found it and soldiers, a private Benjamin found it in two weeks. Only a stupid person would somehow see an inference that two week means anything untoward considering the major job of the soldiers is not searching for WMD.

But the truly stupid say because it was behind canvas it can't be used to produce bio weapons.
