of course you did mention ROC. But it takes some time to sink in. My opinion or experience: weary of any plans, that let you and me share the spoils of reduced taxes. Because it can well be a "you get my cash flow" and "I (may) get taxes back" kind of construction - like new real estate in East Germany or film industry or tankers (!) -.
