That is misleading, although true. You could say the same thing about Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, Saddam, OBL.
The only reason why Castro is not more active in international terrorism is because of the sad state of the Cuban economy. The small "good" that Castro has done, if you can call it that, is way outweighed by the misery he has forced on his own people, and the misery he has exported to other nations through his terrorist activities. |
