If Rudy Giuliani runs for new york senator in 2006 and wins he will cancel any chance of her running for president in 2008. If Rudy runs there is a good chance he will get the job. imo.... He will win nyc. and reading the article it looks like he could win upstate ny and area of weakness for him in the last campaign before he dropped out.
