Dear C: I was here before Castro and have observed first hand what has happened. The good things relate mainly to education and health care, and I believe lack of corruption, the bad things relate mainly to loss of Freedom. A good friend of mine, now deceased was the Ambassador to Cuba and was THE MAN who informed Batista that he HAD TO GO. jdn
