I thought John offered an elegant solution. He blamed it on Bob Rubin.

Of course, I didn't. I gave Clinton credit for listening to Rubin who was a big factor in the terrific economy of the 90s.

I'm happy to discuss these things with you, uw. But don't portray my position. You always get it wrong.
