Steve, I know he had every intention of killing the greatest economy in the history of the world. He hit, and hit it and hit it, until finally after 6 rate increases it finally collapsed. He is so arrogant that he thought the economy should have slowed down just because he wanted it to. Not realizing that each interest rate increase would take six months at a minimum work it way through the economy. Finally the whole thing collapsed, but not until he was finished strangling it. The best part was he didn't have the courage to admit what he had done, but was content to take cover from those (media) that blamed it on Sept 11. It was dead long before that. But that's what kind of a 'brave' man he is.
