I told you so! The group directing all known U.S. search efforts for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq is winding down operations without finding proof that President Saddam Hussein kept clandestine stocks of outlawed arms I earned the honor of that phrase by correctly determining from the logic and facts of the situation that there were no WMDs. I maintained that position while everyone told me that Bush and Powell wouldn't be lieing and so I must be wrong. For that I earned a Nya-Nya-Nya-Nya! The group's departure, expected next month, marks a milestone in frustration for a major declared objective of the war. The nearest I had to a miss was my prediction that the CIA would bring some "throw-down" weapons for a Faux exclusive so I will supress more gloating not only because I missed that detail, but because it is really a time of sadness and regret to think that our selected leaders would stoop so low and that so many clowns would fall for it. washingtonpost.com
