Saddam bragged about the cash payments to the families you moron....and as for Hamas, they have offices in Lebanon and Syria but I have seen no proof relative to other countries.....you can not justify the behavior of the Iraqi regime by claiming they all do it.....that's the Clinton defense.....and it is a very hollow one....The Administraiton has put pressure on Syria which also controls Lebanon to shut down Hamas and its training camps....Assad will comply or run the risk of going the way of Saddam.....
