How many options did Bryant receive in 2002?

1,332,852

Have a nice day.

Yeah... so... what's your point?

Answer me these questions ere the other side ye see...

What is the strike price?

When do the options vest?

When do the options expire?

How does the number of options compare to the rank and file employees?

Is the strike price lower than that granted to rank and file employees (from the same grant)?

Is this an annual grant or a supplemental grant?

If it's a supplemental grant, did all employees receive supplemental grants?

All I've seen lately is slamming of CEO's and upper management of every corporation across America. Some of them deserved it, some of them don't. Intel has remained profitable during this entire downturn as virtually every other semiconductor maker out there bled red ink. IMHO that's GOOD management through tough times. Intel has also done it without major layoffs. That's REALLY GOOD management. I think if you really take two steps back and look at compensation packages across corporate America, Intel awards options to rank and file at a much higher level than other companies, and top level benefits are average to below average in terms of numbers of options (as a function of shares outstanding). That little tidbit seems to get ignored... a lot.
