In late August Rymer will be re-organizing with a 25 to 1 reverse split. They will issue 4,300,000 shares of new common stock.

80% will be owned by current senior note holders. 10% will be owned by senior management and 10% will be owned by prior shareholders.

The exact details are not yet posted in the Edgar archives.
