I see you posting these, but exactly what is the "Balance Of Power" supposed to tell me?

For instance, ROBV 90 today down .08 with volume of 979K (compared to avg volume of 550K).

I'm assuming it has something to do with volume since the BOP is high (90) and the price was down.

I guess I'm trying to figure out how I would use this as a tool and why it's posted everyday.
