SURE THEY ENDORSE IT. THEY PUT OUT A PRESS RELEASE ENDORSING THE REPORT. BY DOING SO THEY HAVE ENDORSED IT 100% JUST LIKE IF THEY HAD WRITTEN THE REPORT. A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THIS IS IN THE CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS/MARK BERGMAN. HERE IS THE SEC CASE sec.gov
