The current Communications Week discusses how companies are turning to ISPs instead of the powerful telcos for their Internet access. PSInet is prominently mentioned as a provider and a potential takeover target for any telco that wants to match PSInet's services to its ability to provide bandwidth. How are PSInet's financials?
