US incompetent to run Iraq. One already sacked. They put a woman (a bureaucrat former ambassador) in charge of running practical things in Iraq like, make water run, provide electricity, make a government kick start.

She failed and was kicked out. Apparently they got the oil running but don't know how to get the country running.

Expect soon Jay Garner to be sacked. It will be interesting to watch.

For USD1 million (tax free) a year, I can manage to put the telecoms back to work. Both fixed and implement new mobile.
