Having read through the weekend posts on # of shares, warrants, and other items, I continue to believe that the most important number in the Q1 report will be in the amount spent on Y2K ramp up. If the problem is as big as we think it is, and TPRO is in the leadership position, I want a management that is launching a flotilla on the tides of fortune, not a single-person kayak. I would prefer that they take on debt to do this, not issue more equity. And since I think funds, institutions and brokerages will come into TPRO, I want float big enough for them to feel that they can come and go without unduly disturbing the share price. Otherwise, they won't come in the first place.
