yes, well the market has been headed steadily up for awhile now, makes you loose sight of the bad old days.

no one seems to be calling the end of this run yet, but quite a few still regard it as a bear market rally

who knows? I just assume that the economy will grow at 2-3% until it doesn't. that means junk bonds to me and brief forays to get the dividend

just looked at a chart, NLY had quite a run - can't understand that as rates are still low and seem destined to stay that way - so refi's should still be an issue. however,I did notice that Annaly did a large secondary offering, which sould allow them to enlarge their portfolio and perhaps incease earnings and the dividend

look forward to spring and your note... let's see foxwoods is up there on rte 138 around hope valley, right?
