This is what is so great about theses threads. There is always someone out there who knows more about what you are interested in than you do. Some of it may a little screwed up or mistaken, but on the whole, it is a great way and a great place to discuss it.

The original point was whether or not FONR officers and directors are subject to the same pressures as other public companies. Many times the managers have such a share of the ownership personally or through alliances or other deals that they don't have to worry about ultimately pleasing the shareholders. FONR may well be one of those situations. If, on the other hand, they got financing at some point from the public and gave up some ownership in exchange for the money, than they do have to consider the interests of the other shareholders.

I say we got rights to some opinions when we bought our stock . And my opinion is that they should declare a dividend. I could be wrong and there may be alternatives that earns us all a lot more money. If there are, they should tell us.
