<And this is taken from the Independent article you object to:>
I objected to the part of the article that I was privy to using the URL supplied by Thomas. The rest of the article was available to subscribers only. In the part which I saw, there was no mention that the incident occurred at night.
<So I guess now you believe the Independent?>
I guess I don't! And here are the reasons.........
<There is total silence as the three walk towards the Israeli soldiers.>
That is a TOTAL fabrication, as there was VERY LOUD background noise from the bulldozer during the whole incident.
And I know that the flags and markings, which might have been highly visible when they left the building, were hardly visible when they left the cameraman behind and walked toward the bulldozer, a bulldozer which I which I never saw, but only HEARD.
<If you don't, I would be interested to know the reason for this prejudice towards the Independent.>
I love the choice of your word "prejudice" in describing my position regarding the Independent. I guess that makes you "prejudice" towards me. In any case, I really don't give a twit about the "Independent", one way or the other. I was simply describing what I saw as opposed to what the article was inferred.
I think the term "prejudice" might better apply to the journalists who described the scene, since they just saw one of their own shot dead. One can imagine that it was probably very difficult to remain neutral in face of such an ugly event, and, distorting the facts to cover their own poor judgment seems hardly out of the question.
Believe what you want, I saw the videotape......AND I will discuss this no more. I have better things to do with my time than to have to defend what I saw with my own eyes. So, here's your opportunity for the last word.
