Re: Shares Michael, FWIW, I've revised my estimate for the number of shares outstanding at the end of the June quarter to 55 million. The reason being that after re-reading one of Syquest's recent SEC filings, I believe I previously misunderstood part of the report. (I expect that the current number is quickly growing and will be significantly higher than that by the end of next week - perhaps 60 to 65 milion). As a result, my revised Q3 FY97 EPS estimate for Syquest is now for a loss of $0.24 per share. Hey, it's just a guess for the helluvit. Regards - Dale
