They are selling, to finance the budget gap?! The treasury auction was the most horrible since 1981, as you posted. Trade balance -43.5B vs -40.4B prior month. Stocks and bonds moving up together. This means only one thing - the Fed is in the market (bonds), inflating it like there is no tomorrow. Well, OK... You really want to know what comes next?
