Great earnings for KASPQ.OB - EPS of $1.18 for teh quarter, stock up strongly at $4.08: sec.gov

But beware this company is in Chapter 11 and a bidding war may or may not surface. A very risky investment so to say. All I can say here is that it looks like the old common certainly DOES HAVE value. It makes a really interesting case study. CEO John Idol (who orchestrated the Donna Karan turnaround and subsequent sale) grinds the axe, licenses like crazy - applying his skills..
