CROSSY, I may seem to be an expert, but I am no expert at this stuff. To be honest I don't even work in the semi industry.....I'm just an Electrical Engineer. TGAL is in the etch market and when I last looked at them, they are not a leading edge company, they offer tools that do standard stuff at low cost...I see them as a 2nd tier technology follower filling niches here and there. A a matter of fact a major TGAL guy recently left TGAL and joined TRKN....at this time I can't recall his position, but there was a press release about it. I have not checked out TGAL for over a year....so my info may be way out of whack. dave
